Saint Mary’s Home of Erie, (“SMHE”) is providing notice of a data privacy event that occurred prior to the sale to LECOM, that may affect the security of information related to certain individuals. This notice provides information about the event, SMHE’s response, and steps potentially impacted individuals may take.
