Saint Mary's Home of Erie, a Continuing Care Retirement Community, announces the addition of 26 independent-living carriage homes at Saint Mary's at Asbury Ridge, 4855 West Ridge Road.

The Carriage Homes at Asbury Ridge will fulfill the needs of seniors who would prefer an independent lifestyle, as well as priority access to other services offered by Saint Mary’s Home of Erie.

A choice of three models will be offered with plans ranging from 1,440 sq. ft. to more than 1,950 sq. ft. of living space.

Each home features two bedrooms, two baths, a fully equipped kitchen, a four-season sunroom, side-by-side washer and dryer, attached two-car garage and ample storage space. Optional features include a choice of a breakfast nook and a gas fireplace.
