Short-term relief for caregivers

Respite Care allows the caregiver to take a "break" from the demands of being a primary caregiver so that they have a chance to still be active participants in their own life. Respite Care can be a great solution for caregivers who want to take a vacation or need to travel for work, or for those who simply need a few days to themselves to recharge.

During a respite stay for your loved one, Saint Mary’s will provides all the care your loved one deserves so that you and your family can enjoy your brief time apart without feeling guilty.

Respite Care can also serve as an option to try out Saint Mary’s before making the commitment to move-in. Respite Care is available in our skilled nursing and residential living/personal care areas.

Respite stays are based on a daily rate. For a respite stay, furniture is provided, as well as all the other amenities (laundry, housekeeping, meals, local phone, etc.).

(This service is subject to room availability.)
