Wound Care Nurse
As a Wound Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients with wounds, ulcers, and other skin conditions. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role in promoting healing and preventing complications.
RN Staff Nurse
Saint Mary's has a need for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide services to our residents in our skilled units. Core responsibilities caring for residents, maintaining health and preventing illness, identifying nursing needs and implementing plans of care, and guiding activities of the healthcare team. Must possess a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Pennsylvania.
Certified Medication Technician (CMT)
Candidates will perform services to care for the residents, participate in their care for illness, rehabilitation, and in disease prevention under the direction of the professional nurse.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed to provide care, rehabilitation and disease prevention under the direction of an RN. Must be a graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse Program and possess a current, unencumbered license authorized to work in PA.
Patient Care Assistant (PCA)
Patient Care Assistant needed to provide care to assigned residents in our Residential Living and Personal Care area. Will work with a team of healthcare providers; daily care consists of daily living activities, bathing, dressing, shaving, etc.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Certified Nurse Aides are needed to provide daily nurse aide care to residents. The aides assist in providing daily living activities, bathing, dressing, shaving, etc. Must be a graduate of a Commonwealth of PA approved Nurse Aide Training Program through an accredited agency, or currently enrolled in the PA Nurse Aide Registry.
Dietary Aide
Dietary Aide needed to help prepare resident food trays and monitor food temperatures, plate desserts and salads for meals, clean and wash dishes/cooking utensils, and assist with cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen.
