Saint Mary’s Home of Erie, (“SMHE”) is providing notice of a data privacy event that occurred prior to the sale to LECOM, that may affect the security of information related to certain individuals. This notice provides information about the event, SMHE’s response, and steps potentially impacted individuals may take. The confidentiality, privacy, and security of information is one of SMHE’s highest priorities and SMHE takes this matter very seriously.

Sisters of St. Joseph, Saint Mary's, and LECOM Health Begin Due Diligence Process

Saint Mary’s at Asbury Ridge is proud to have achieved a five-star overall rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as of July 31, 2024. This is the highest level of achievement in the Quality Rating System implemented by CMS.
